Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness star and Instagram superstar for many years. Ashley came into in the USA in the month of August 1994, under the sign of Leo. Ashley isn't very open about her parents, however she credits her grandfather as the one that inspired her to start working hard. His grandfather was an avid bodybuilder as the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since an early age. She started swimming lessons at four years old and continued to do so for 10 more. Ashley competed in a variety of events however she wasn't determined because her body wasn't ready to follow a strict diet. While she enjoyed some popularity in her teenage years, mostly due to her attractive appearance and curves but we don't know if there was anyone with her during this phase. After she matriculated Ashley decided not to enroll at college but to rather focus on her career of modeling fitness. Ashley was just 15 years old when she became unhappy with her physical appearance. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the fitness center. She followed the advice of her grandfather to start slow. What she didn't know was that she'd go on to spend 9 years working on her physique as she grew into a fitness idol. Ashley, motivated by her success in the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Motivated by this defeat she continued to train hard. After winning fifth place at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. Although she had been receiving photoshoot offers while competing, Ashley did not want her two careers to be mixed. When she was done competing, Ashley became a fitness models. The cover of one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her profession as a fitness model. Seit then she is a well-known model who has been employed by numerous bikini brands and world-renowned clothing companies.
